Professor, Director, and Dr. Wei-Yu Lee Wei-Yu Lee was born in Taipei, Taiwan in 1957. He received his Ph.D. degree in electrical engineering from National Taiwan University in 1988. From 1983 to 1990, he has been with the department of electrical engineering, National Taiwan University and then he came to Tatung University as a professor of electrical engineering. In 1995, he became a full professor. His research areas are in optical signal processing , and integrated optics.
