The Department of Electrical and Information Engineering at the China University of Science and Technology offers both undergraduate degree program and graduate study. Electrical Engineering and Electronic Engineering(The precursor of the Department of Electrical and Information Engineering) have been parts of CUST since 1968.
     The Department of Electrical and Information Engineering at CUST is one of the largest programs in the College of Engineering. There are currently about 420 undergraduate students.
